This is our usual route for the Tuesday evening rides now that it's dark enough to need street lights: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/5871646 We use an anti-clockwise loop which starts and finishes at the top of Friday Hill in Chingford. We normally manage three laps of this, with some sprinting up the twin 'peaks' of Sunset Avenue and College Gardens.
