I am afraid that I can't now be a marshal tomorrow. If any one if free can they contact Armin . I was going to cover Stumps- which is pretty easy. You just need to change positiom so that the rider can see you on the return leg.

I have emailed Mark but just in case anyone sees this. I'm having to pull out today.

I'm so sorry I've been awake all night with pains in my right side, from my neck down to the back of my right leg. Ibuprofen isn't working. It's a constant pain. It started yesterday morning & has just got worse by 9pm yesterday I could barely move. I'm sure it's just something muscular but off to see Dctr anyway.

Genuinely gutted as I wanted another crack at a club event. I'll transfer my £5 anyway to cover race costs. I can't race on no sleep & pains in my arm & back.

Use anti inflamatories and pain killers. I hope it's not serious and that you are back on the bike soon.
