I came late (shed door broke - don't ask) so only just got there in time for the slower group. We did split into three.
One split happened right away at the tea hut - 8 of us went for a pace which was around 16mph and another went more like 13/14mph.
My group then split again towards the end of the ride with most continuing with the same pace but a couple having a more leisurely ride back.
Generally we work with who is there and what they can do and find a pace that works for all.
We had five new riders with us this week which is fantastic!

Actually, apparently we had four groups yesterday - there were two slower groups (so I think one was going under 15mph). Everyone was waiting for me, so when I arrived at the town hall at about 9:05 both fast groups left immediately and I didn't get a chance to see who else was there and what they were up to.
